2023-2024 Lansdowne PBIS Action Plan

Fall 2023 Results of Analysis:

To address Discipline Policies, Family Voice and Engagement the committee determined the following action items were needed:

• share PBIS/behavior information (expectations, behavior levels, possible consequences, how we use eOS, how families can use eOS) with families here on our school website; share the link on Dojo to get to the website;
• administer a parent survey to improve the 2-way communication regarding PBIS/behavior;
• administer a student survey to improve the 2-way communication regarding PBIS/behavior;
• administer a staff survey to improve the 2-way communication regarding PBIS/behavior;
• share survey data with all stakeholders to make continuous improvements.
